Dig Space

On generating shareholder value, I have never really known what this means. Does that mean saying things that will bolster the SP? If it means doing things then I would assume it means building and selling products, which is what I believe they are doing. There are some cosmetics they could do, give the options dump a rest, maybe actually buy some shares, tighten some comp belts to squeeze the numbers towards looking better (but not really meaningfully impacting growth).

This is miy opinion on the recipe for generating shareholder value.

I think this is pretty generic for any company. It comes down to put your money where your mouth is and make sure you do constantly stick your foot in it.

As we discuss the ramp up,

what are the chances of a mass exodus?

If you search Linked In for Wave Sysytems, a number of names pop up and most of them have great pedigree, having left big successful companies for the brass ring at Wave.

We know they get options and stock and we have been told of the need to hire the best and how expensive it is to keep them.

Is anyone concerned that some of thenew hires lured by stock grants and options may become disillusioned and start leaving for greener pastures.

Surely some of these folks must be disappointed and/or surprised that management seems to be less than proficient in managing the front office.

On the other hand, if there is no exodus, could that indicate that things may not be as bad as they seem from IHUB. Maybe the up close and personal viewpoint allows a better, more assured perspective.
