SKS needs to make an effort to increase shareholder value plain and simple. This is one thing he has never cared about. If he is not willing to make this happen he needs to step down to a support position and let someone else lead this company. In order to do this he needs to do the following things:

Stop diluting the stock now! 320 million dollars should be more than enough!

The insiders need to show that they are bullish on the stock by risking personal assets and purchasing stock in the open market. SKS has a reputation for overselling the prospects and time frame of developments (to say the least). Let his actions show that he is a believer. SKS and others on the BOD have been net sellers of stock. This is unacceptable! The funny thing about it is he thinks he is fooling people with his slick reply's as to why he doesn't buy. Bottom line if he was bullish he find a way to show the market.

Finally, he needs to start acting like a REAL CEO. He needs to give revenue projections. He needs to hold his staff accountable for their actions. If sales people don't get the job done let them go. If Feeney spouts out about profitability and it doesn't happen give him the ax. He needs to be true to his word. If a contract is going to close in two weeks it had better close in two weeks.
