I'm not sure what point you are referring to, but, if it's the reverse stock split then I repeat NOBODY but management knows if this is going to happen so why worry about it.

I think there's a lot of "investors" that don't have the patience to see this thru to completion so they sell at a loss and move on.
Everyone wants everything NOW. That's not how it works in technology and especially security. IT directors will not put their reputation on the line for an unproven technology. We are laying the groundwork over the last couple years signing on early adopters at no cost or significant discounts to get our products in the market and prove the technology.
We are now ready to reap the benefits at a time when hacking is getting worse and worse. This could snowball into us being the default standard for many industries.
I will continue to pick up cheap shares. It will all turn around with the next contract announcement.
