I know your comments don't agree with buzztech, but he has interesting point.

Ques.- Why are shares always on sale for the last few months. It looks to me as there is a ACCUMULATION going on thru moving and trding the stock lower i.e today paid .0147 and then for sale at .014 or lower?

Why would weak hands sell at this level, it's to early in year for tax write off?
