the CEO is the one who raised expectations by first announcing a CC in january, then pushing it back to February.
if this was "tentative" then no target timeline should have been mentioned. by stating a specific month, and now missing the target twice, KBLB has placed itself in this position of distrust.
So I guess your ok with shareholders getting a PR going from tentative to delay to delay ... I feel if a person knows there's a possibility they cannot keep his word ( especially to the owners of this company the shareholders ) they should resist saying anything until they KNOW they can follow thru . It just might send the wrong message , or NO MESSAGE as is the case now !
