SJRATTY: FRCP 30 (f) states that the depositions are to retained by the person taking same. The local rules of the Northern District of Texas only require the filing of portions of the depositions as attachments to motions or other matters before the court when the testimony is relevant to that matter.

Either way, I carefully considered the ethics of my duty to the court when we copied the documents. I determined that these were not sealed documents in either case and were in the public domain for all to see.

While I don't want to participate in the debate as to whether these should be sent to the WSJ for publication, I would be leary as we do not know the entire context of these snippets of information or the responses of ERICY thereto.
