Depositions are filed with the Court and often are sealed. Indeed, the Court cannot review the accuracy of statements cited in briefs and motions without referring to the deposition transcript. That said, if the Court gave you the documents, they were not sealed (and, if they were supposed to be sealed adn the court gave them to you, you did nothing wrong, the court did)
