Mschere, nobody has been discussing using sealed dispositions. We don't even know that the dispostions are identical, how could we when the sealed ones are still sealed?
There is sufficient public information to utilize in a story regarding IDCC vs. Ericsson..without utilizing the sealed depositions.
Personally, I believe they are probably different, not the same. Let's not leap to assumptions.
