I would agree with all that you stated except..I still question the legality of utilizing the three depositions that were unsealed in Harris ..but sealed in IDCC..It would be perfectly ok to utilize in an article about the Harris litigation..But as far as disclosing them in an article regarding IDCC vs. Ericsson it most certainly is a grey area.There is sufficient public information to utilize in a story regarding IDCC vs. Ericsson..without utilizing the sealed depositions.
