I would agree that accessing sealed files and publishing is absolutely wrong..but I do not think that actually happened..I would hope that some one clarifies that issue. I would also appreciate any legal opinion as to whether publishing a list of exhibits and their cover sheets, that describe and identify SEALED documents in Ericsson vs. IDCC are in of itself illegal in any sense of the word.These facts should be determined prior to considering utilization of this information in my opinion..Any input would be most appreciated.TIA

Sophist and Mschere: The list of exhibits filed by IDCC was just a list of exhibits. the exhibits were not attached.

Regarding the uncovered testimony, these were excerpts from depositions. Depositions are not sealed documents as they are not filed with the court. We did not discover sealed documents which somehow became unsealed in the Harris case.
