Mschere, it is my understanding that the list of exhibits of sealed files is public information. That's pretty clear to me as long as we are referring to the same list. As to the files that everyone seems so up in arms over, those are publicly released files from the Harris/Ericy case that many think are/will be important to the Ericy/IDCC lawsuit.
I would also appreciate any legal opinion as to whether publishing a list of exhibits and their cover sheets, that describe and identify SEALED documents in Ericsson vs. IDCC are in of itself illegal in any sense of the word.These facts should be determined prior to considering utilization of this information in my opinion.
I don't see what all the fuss is about, it is public information. People act like participants of this board are the only people around that know anything about the IDCC/ERICY case when actually, there is a whole 'nother world out there, many knowledgeable persons are above active participation with the type of people that are active on this board. If it were not for my interest in human nature I probably wouldn't be here.
