mara, TPS, seems to be a shrewd BOTTOM LINE, company to me and they demand their money NOW, or else they wouldn't ever sign for the future hope of suing a never never land court battle....for the seat or otherwise promise of unknown future.....I know that 5% is possibly enough MEAT or STAKE to satisfy their appetite FOR SURE....IMVHO..Mon

I'm curious - what good standing would they have for the entire trust, especially after being put into Class 19?

With TPS on board now, won't their appetite for pursuing claims be of benefit to us all? If that's the case, then that 5% we gave up makes our 25% look awful darn appetizing, wouldn't ya say?
