I know (1)a LIST of IDCC exhibits in IDCC/Ericy was uncovered by JK. I also recall that there is talk AND speculation about (2) UNSEALED documents (exhibits) from Harris/Ericy. I believe we are talking about our detectives uncovering links between the two cases thru cross-referencing (1) and (2). It is my impression that this somehow gave us access to "unsealed" documents in Harris/Ericy that are still "sealed" in a pending case of litigation IDCC/Ericy. Now what exactly did Ellismd send to his reporter friend? I am just concerned about our possibly "shooting ourselves in the foot". The road to H*ll is paved with good intentions.
