Hedge funds may be many things,... and many of those things not good to be,...

But - they don't waste time or money on things that they are not fairly sure they can make their investment money back on plus a gain.

They ain't stupid about their investors' money or they don't stay in business very long.

Is it possible that JMW could approve confermation but judge the releases non binding??

I would say that since TPS was left out of the mediation they did not know whatever they were told today.Once they were told the info we can only guess at they wanted in. That is a pretty good sign there is some invisible asset or outcome that would be worth the amount that TPS hoped to gain
