Thinking outside the box a little, I'm just wondering if maybe we shouldn't be trying to open up our little shop in North Dakota first, and before everyone jumps all over me on this one, just think about it as opposed to Texas after reading the link below. Too long to put into post.

This state has money to lend in the wide open spaces, I know I've been there before? Granted it's COLD and SNOWY and BLIZZARD like conditions every winter but they are doing something right!

I especially like the very last paragraph! Why not go where the MONEY is?
