Colt, <But now that a settlement has been reached I am moving on with the company and the future of XMDC. I have to believe they will come up with new companies to work with for the future. They just dealt with someone who, I feel, didn't have a clue what he was doing. Heck who even knows if the darn thing even worked.>


My Sentiments Exactly, I feel very fortunate I am still holding Shares, shares that are NOT entirely worthless. There were times, I as well, could have Sold for a profit but I got greedy & was afraid I would Miss A Flyer. So I feel NOW, to Sell is to take a Loss, to Hold is to give myself another shot for a Runner (to make $$$$).

This time I'll try to take MY SMART PILLS, LOL!!!

Tend 2agree W/U-COLT, but when ANY-CEO dismisses shady past dealings with possible NEW shady dealings, dont you feel like looking under the rug to know where your hard earned money got swept to?????

I'm OK when Josh Hamilton loses his own respect and savings when he admits his addiction and harms NO ONE but himself when he has a huge moral lapse.

I'm not OK when Josh Hamilton takes my thousands of dollars for his salary, and shows up at home plate drunk and strikes out 3 times a night for 2yrs

If XTEND has good intentions, then the PPS will rise, BUT I want it only under standards that investor deserve

When you say settlement are you refering to the chapter 7 or the coart action involving Mr Lee.I'm not really up to date on this stock right now. As far as the chapter 7 is concerned , when they ask for a dismissal,its my understanding they are asking the coart to grant them their chapter 7 procedings. If they dont then they will fall back on Chapter 11. In the ladder of the 2 they would have to repay their debt but keep their assets. If the court does dismiss their chapter 7 filing, then it would be over. No more debt, but also no more assets and probably no more shareholders. It would all be wiped out.I dont own this stock, well I own 1 share from years ago, its all I got left (sold most) from their reverse splits. Anyway been watching this stock for years. Just playing the wait and see game right now. good luck to you
