Sorry to butt in, but the settlement is about "cancelling the court case". After the cancellation, 1 court case left. The CEO says he wants to change the BK7 to BK11 and then leave the BK court. He does not (as of now) anticipate an RS.

Moral of the story, we expect a clean shell with shares intact at this point.
