You are correct. But I consider those to be just minor details.

Laws, rules, regulations and agreements are just things that get in the way of making a profit. If only Lanza would ignore them, we could be rich.

What do you mean, he has been ignoring them? Then how come we are broke and he is rich? You mean someone who ignores laws, rules, regulations and agreements would be one to break his fiduciary duty to the shareholders (a nice way of saying "stealing" from the shareholders).
