It aint quite that simple. The better wells you mention... BDGR has 40% working interest and, at best, 34% revenue interest. And even the bad wells... the ORRI owners get a paycheck even if the wells lose money so if I were a ORRI owner, I would want to produce as many of these losers as possible.
