And the stock has traded 200 M shares since that merger pr release and yet the shareprice is the same as before the PR. What is your explanation for that and does it concern you??
What are my qualifications ? My qualiications are watching penny stocks destroy their stocks prices and their shareholders with TOXIC financing just like we have here for years.
What is the best part about what was done to shareholders here is the fact linda claimed multiple times no DILUTION along with the fact the company claimed a buyback would be occuring. Then not only does the buyback not occur BUT YOU ADD MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF SHARES TO THE O/S. That sure appears to just have been a carrot to dangle to shareholders. How were they possibly figuring they had money to do a buyback if they couldn't even pay off the notes ?
And in regards to your statement regarding getting funding from shareholders according to the last filing they have already done that and WE STILL GOT DUMPED ON.

What are/were your qualifications to become IR here for the company ? I only ask because RTGV has had a long stream of failed attempts at hiring decent IR people and wondering what qualifications you posses that make it different this time. I commend you for staying around this long in this mess and attempting to help shareholders recover some money but at what point do you throw in the towel ? I mean this is a 90% drop since you bought and took over. When is enough enough ?
