What are your qualifications in dealing with terms penny stocks can get as far as funding? What do you deem friendly funding? I call funding that requires a SB2 the very worst because you must register shares and file. This gives the financing company the ability to short. I have seen the terms from several lenders that are offered for these kinds of companies because I get hit with mail from them often. I always take the time to contact them to gain more info. I am still far from an expert on the topic but starting to gain some knowledge. No matter what your share price is you can avoid SB2 funding and get a convertible note that is due in 6 months if your trading volume is over $20k per day in value. That gives the company an option to pay off the note before its converted. This is why I welcome the strong volume. When the company was over a penny they were able to get the same terms even though they did not meet trading volume requirements. Under a penny you can't unless you meet the trading volume rule. The company has used convertible notes for years paying them off as they went along to avoid conversions. This time they got stuck as we all know. I hope and expect in the future they will be sure this never happens again. Even if you have to go to your shareholders for private funding as a last resort.

The very best funding is long term funding from a private investor. A private company has no trouble getting these kinds of investments. Much more difficult for a public company especially with a low share price. However not impossible if you bring the right deal to the table. Joint ventures and mergers can create that ability. Likely a big reason the company is currently negotiating and exploring that option as in their recent press release
