laranger...last week the Bsh Administration created a new cabinet post to deal with the piracy of USA citizen corp IPR.They estimated it is costing our domestic economy over 250Billion a year in lost revenues.One example was the copying of new USA movies that are then sold on the streets of Beiging,china.That is just one example.....The thievery of our IPR is recognized by our gov't and contacting them about Nokias "white collar" thievery might get some interest!In the recent Research in Motion counter claim to a USA based patent win,the Canadian gov't was enlisted to try and thwart the award...to no avail...but it shows Gov't does listen?

Ericsson and NOKIA pretty much planned this whole thing out together...

Some Years back...

There is another company that should be included with them..

I say that because the other Company had went down the same IPR path and knew for sure how much Treasure awaited IDCC when they finally got the recognition that they fully deserved!

The other company wants the whole package[TDMA,CDMA and W-CDMA] as you[Ranger] mentioned earlier over on another board...


If a Letter Draft is made up...I also would send a copy of it to anyone that can help IDCC...
