lentinman, when do you sleep??. Every one of your "little" projects must take hours!!! Anyway, I wanted to add something to your VMC analysis.
I am always looking for a bargain stock. I like low p/e stocks having the characteristics you mentioned. However, while I'm going thru the search, I look for a few more things.
Ideally I am looking for incremental, sequential growth in revs and eps. It's much harder to add that criteria and still find cheap stocks. However in terms of looking for multi-baggers, you need to be picky. These characteristic doesn't have to last for the entire length of your investment but makes the stock stick out during the initial qualification phase.
Secondly I always look for management. Hard to quantify but I want honest, upfront management that underpromises and overdelivers.
Third, I'm looking for some kind of advantage or niche for the business model. They have to have something about their business model that allows them to continue their success for more than a few quarters.
I would put TGA, MDF, Aspn.ob, RATE, EGY, VPHM, Tvin.ob, WHT into this category of meeting your requirements plus mine.
Thanks for all the work. Good list of stock candidates even now. Bobwins
