It has already been stated [by all the experts on this board]
that the ICC cannot award contract damages...

The ICC sets the rate by the Number of phones sold by NOKIA.....


NOKIA could stall forever if IDCC could not legally file an injunction!


I think we need a ruling from LOOP?

According to Mschere,the "ICC INTERNATIONAL COURT" can award contract damages..

I was referring to the ICC ARB PANEL...[sorry about that]

The "ICC COURT" will take over after we find out about NOKIA'S order to VACATE.....

How does that sound SPENCER?
