ICC Tribunal heard the case and made the award to ICC..THEN..the ICC Court/Secretariat would review the award and either approve it or send it back for additional work.That might have happened in our case as the timeline was extended?During this time Nokia also had to restate some income, so that may have also been part of the delay? Irregardless,the FINAL award was scrutinized after the ICC Tribunal made it by the ICC Court/Secretariat..we won..slam dunk!Nokia is simply trying to make a bad hand have some value perhaps for future playing?Personally,i think they are being misguided by their employed attorneys who get paid for carrying this on as long as they can!Nokia must be a GOOD paying client!
