Ghors, there has been some discussion that the supreme court would not accept such an appeal. What about the circuit court? Can they also not accept such an appeal and on what grounds can they do so?

If they don't pay,IDCC should and will file an injunction to stop all phone sales in the United States coming from NOKIA..
