It seems they are gathering the resources through acquisitions and financing to service a large (gov't) contract that they see as forthcoming.

Perhaps that sole source is a bigger deal.

No, not correct. Wave has the option to sell or not to sell, depending on their needs.

Unix....same old same old....As Awk pointed out....this 20 million figure is already on the shelf and has been there since July of last year.... The only difference is in the mode in which that shelf MAYBE put into effect. Hope this helps .....;-)
