Perhaps what the company should do is simply keep their mouth's shut and complete something, anything and bring it to fruition rather than give abritrary dates that 100% of the time since the Huff days have come back and bite them in the tail. Anything that can actually be produced and sold immediately. And quit "buying" companies that have little or no revenues that only after you dig it out of a filing you find out that it's been canned. And for bejeezals sake QUIT DILUTING THE COMPANY by paying bills with shares. It's not the way a valid corporation runs their business.

I have asked several times here wether the DOD is seriously interested, normal procurement process or someone doing the old' captain a favor. No one knows of course.
