I think it does matter who will be calling the shots when this merger is completed. They are much further ahead then us. They have Univ of Michigan and Virgina Tech work on distracted driving etc. advisory board is much stronger, even the management team seems to have a clue unlike ours. Just listen to the CC web cast and this will open your eyes. My only question about all of this is what happens to our shares with the merger?
