What does it matter who is merging under who? If both companies are coming together to form one, what does it matter whether it is called phoneguard or illume? Will what we own here be effected in any way by who's on top? It sounds like phoneguard will become a much bigger and stable company, whether we own illume or phoneguard shares.
I guess if illume is a private company, then I assume they will become public under the phoneguard umbrella. Or will phoneguard become private and we will be bought out?
