The only advantage I can see for illume allowing phoneguard staying as the parent company, illume becomes a public company without having to do anything.
Regardless of if that is the way it comes down, I'm figuring illume management and board will be taking over things at phoneguard, seeing as how they are the ones that seem to have their sh!t together more.
