To your point there really is no such thing as an "equal merger" as I understand. One ultimately ends up acquiring another

Just one question.

What does it matter who is merging under who? If both companies are coming together to form one, what does it matter whether it is called phoneguard or illume? Will what we own here be effected in any way by who's on top? It sounds like phoneguard will become a much bigger and stable company, whether we own illume or phoneguard shares.

I guess if illume is a private company, then I assume they will become public under the phoneguard umbrella. Or will phoneguard become private and we will be bought out?

Good Morning Everybody, your Welcome Kenswift! Everybody relax last week we were worried about no News! and this week we get a nice Juicy 8K and now we are debating a Merger vs Reversr Merger! This is Our board to say anything but IM relaxing and when we get the next official PR on the details of this 8K I will stay focus on doing DD on Illume, Kudos To OPMG for delivering another little late but nice piece of the puzzle from the Nov. CC and I believe we will SEE another or 2 Huge partners coming very soon around or a little after the Feb 12th deal with Illume. the IZUP Web cast gave me a shot of massive positive energy to get me going for months, this Partnership with Illume is Humongous!!! like others have said the competition is shrinking and the LEO factor is our feather in the Cap! have a nice weekend my friends and stay thirsty!
