There will be two dates: the July date as stated by the board of Directors and a second date for the additional properties. Many think Nov 25, 2011 but no one outside the board knows for sure. The ratio of shares for the second group of properties is also a question? Likely 5 or 6 to one but only time will yield the answers.

I am expecting cash or shares of a partners company but thats my opinion.

I have been unable to find one.

No record date was ever established. Jack Zwicker would never give a definitive date. The board went around and around trying to establish a date.
