Shares were to go to any holders of Katx I think it was what 7/2010? This is why many bought and why KATX ran up. If Ken does not abide by that date no one will get a thing as he will be sued to oblivion at best. I hate to think what some may do to him. If, as most say, he's a honest man, he will abide by the original arrangement. I see all the pump and hype starting back up once again. Reality and what is broadcast are far apart. All I can say is use your head and do not speculate with any money you do not wish to lose because this is not an investment. It is a lotto ticket with 1 in a million odds.
