Exactly! I dont know where all of this confusion comes from. As best I can determine, there was never a record date determined. Folks that sold their sold any rights.Pretty simple IMHO
I'm sure that it was in June or July of 2010 and was established because you had to but KATX prior to such a date to get BVIG shares. I believe you all remember that and are just playing games. I sure as heck did not sell Apple and Bidu before then for the heck of it. Besides Ken has to know if he stiffs some folks over others his well being would be in major jeopardy. As far as investing stategy being hoping for another pump and dump that IMHO is all this is and every was and will be. I was duped and scam by folks I thought could be trusted. I was stupid and naive to believe in the story.
