I DON'T THINK IT WORKS; I had the same problem w/ my broker OPTIONSXPRESS (they don't deal w/ ballots they said) therefore I CONTACTED TDAMERITRADE TO REQUEST A TRANSFER; TDA replied that they can't accept shares of wamuq wamkq...AND SCOTTRADE ALSO DON'T TAKE SHARES BELOW $1/SH...
TODAY i TRIED TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT W/ CHARLES SCHWAB SINCE IT OWNS oxp...and emailed them to request a transfer...still waiting for their reply...

FRUSTRATING ISN'T IT---ESPECIALLY THE DEADLINE TIME IS GETTING CLOSE...
