Since they don't have much flavor on their own, I think they're better sautéed than grilled.

Slice the zucchini thinly; a mandolin or v-slice would help with that. Chop a good amount of garlic finely. Chop some parsley. Heat olive oil in a skillet over a fairly lively flame. Add the zucchini, salt them, and add the garlic. If you want, add a dash of Worcestershire. Cook it all quickly, till the zucchini slices have wilted and given up their water. That shouldn't take very long. Adjust the flame if anything starts to brown.

Then stir in the parsley and eat it.
