Thanks but since I already started the marinade I went with a simple internet recipe. Favorite Italian dressing and some extra virgin Olive oil and balsamic. Grill till brown. I will let you know how it is and will try yours next time. thanks
You need to finish that zucchini with white wine. And, I'd use clarified butter. Wouldn't use the worcestershire, flash with the wine, let it burn off, and pull just as they are wilting. I like a little crunch to them, otherwise, they are just mushy and nasty.
