Over the last five years there has not been an insider stock purchase at MILV. Here is a link:

MILV does not have a website so you can't look at the MILV website. I thought that financial information for both companies (MILV and NBI) used to be available on the NBI website, but it seems to have disappeared. I did find information on pink sheets. Mr. DeZanger got more than 600M shares of MILV for a shell private company he created in Fla. (NBI) but couldn't/didn't keep the incorporation papers active.

It turns out that Mr. DeZanger owns 72% of MILV's outstanding share count. Here is a link:

Unfortunately, things are NOT spread around and true traders are, as you say, "cooked!"
