You can go to otcmarket.com and look up the MILV financials. They only have one recent report up, but it does show that 652+ MM shares went to the the NBI purchase and that there are some 370+ MM shares outstanding at the time of the report. Runs in my mind that there are 1.5 BB A/S.
What's been happening since the date of the report is anyone's guess, but probably not anything good.
