they say your transfer agent is gagged?? SO when they are gagged they say you have to call the company. well just our luck jim SEEMS to be the company...

Jim, did you buy the shell from JJ? If so, and I know you did, we have talked more than once about this company and the purchase of it from JJ. If the shell is paid in full, then yes, JJ has not one thing to do with this. If however, he has debt owed him, than I can almost guarantee he has preferred shares that he could convert to take the shell back. Please, just let us know the current S/S and of course if the shell is paid for.

I noticed the easy questions were answered, now we have a guy with some not so easy questions and no respnse from you, what should folks think?

I have seen other companies who actually get someone from the company to go in and give updates to the shareholders and answer some questions(not always just the CEO). Little stuff nothing you'd have to file for.

The companies that do that develop a bond with the shareholders and I have noticed little to no disgruntled shareholders on their boards.

But occasionally you do have your people who seem to find fault with everything and nothing makes them happy even if they get good answers to their questions. From what I have seen when someone from a company encounters one of these people they just ignore them.

Having someone from the company to come and answer questions and give updates to the board works out pretty well... from what I have seen. Shareholder sentiment wise.
