[color=red]Jim, did you buy the shell from JJ? If so, and I know you did, we have talked more than once about this company and the purchase of it from JJ. If the shell is paid in full, then yes, JJ has not one thing to do with this. If however, he has debt owed him, than I can almost guarantee he has preferred shares that he could convert to take the shell back. Please, just let us know the current S/S and of course if the shell is paid for.
