I tend to agree. The S-1 is hardly confidence inspiring. It looks like I have hooked onto another disgusting example of how not to run a company. RFB may actually be on the money (or lack of money here :) ). I am beginning to wonder whether Sig has designs on actually running a real company. I am glad that I did not rush to buy more shares with the potential merger giving us longs reason to hope things would really change. For now, IWEB is a disgusting mess of too many shares for too little revenue. Captain, what say you with the S-1. I still have to go over it, but really don't want to, too depressing, at least on the surface :( Their products may be good, but this mess is beginning to really look bad. Dog.
