Sig is doing his thing, imo this guy cant be trusted period.
hes increasing the share count by almost 50%, thats like getting a 2:1 split, only current shareholders ratio will not be kept, meaning current holders will lose half the value
he managed to pay himself $1 million dollars in compensation in the last 2 years (2010, 2011)
CFO got $650k
where do these guys get the nerve to pay themselves close to 2 million $$$ when co. has annual sales figures of $3mm, let alone profits (which dont exist with this company) - they ran a $30+mm holder's deficit - that just amazes me !!!
sad to say this, but as time passes iweb is becoming more and more of a joke like many other pinkies on otc.
