If it is a fact then why wouldn't every broker in the country short this into the ground right now, since there would be no consequences? I want to know the answer to this question, Do shorts have to cover? Could someone point me in the right direction?

You're message has 2 glaring errors.

#1: Anyone who shorts does not have the share, they sold someone else's share and the short has a NEGATIVE SHARE COUNT which has to be covered.

#2: TPS nor anyone else DOES NOT have 1 year to give releases. Releases must be given by Feb 22 I believe. It is in both the original & revised DS.
