So does the original owner have to wait till his borrowed shares have been covered before they can vote? or do we not know whos shares have been shorted? I guess my question is if my shares were borrowed...will I get the voting material in the mail? or will the short that still needs to cover and cant because no shares are available?
Guess when I get to that fork in the road I will just take it
