The POR could be denied but I doubt it! Why? Because it's 3 years into this thing and there's a lot worked out.

On the other hand, the EC may realize after Jan 11th that we have no choice but to continue fighting and use whatever leverage we have not yet used to increase the stakes on all sides.

But, on the third hand, the judge could plow forward and go along with Rosen. I want to see the agenda for Jan 11th next.
