Yanik.. As I have been saying for quite some time now "the market will value the securities" once all the proper forms are filed. I am sure the Re-WMI is working on that now, so after exit they have the forms ready to go for the market to determine future listing and pricing.

Because the BOD will control the Litigation Trust, we have to be careful about who and whom is sitting on that board. It is important that we do not have a weak board who will cave in a time of pressure from outside forces. If you really want to recover the maximum amount of funds that is due this estate, you have got to have people on the board who are not weak. They have to understand settling claims for 10 cents on the dollar is not good business strategy, because you have a funded Litigaiton Trust, you have to use the professionals in a way that will get you 40-50 cents on the dollar (pre-trial)..

The BOD of the this company should be watched and a shareholder election should be in play within 6 months of exit.

Yanik, the commons rounded to six pennies equal $1.80 for a new share when multiplied by say 30 old shares - six times thirty - so one old WAMPQ equal eighteen new shares which is equal to $1.00 new WAMPQ share with WAMPQ trading at $18.00 per share
