I agree 100%. The ec objection to tps was very telling as well on many different issues if one takes the time to think about it and look.


I just wish i had more scratch to put into todays low volume shake down. But alas im glad to have my positions which are large enough for now.

To me the commons under six cents are a good buy and all the prefs are very good buys as well.

I must remind everyone that ouside the nol's, financing, cash on hand, and business plan one important factor remains once were up and running or merging as it were.

the tangible book value of a company is very different than a market value based on forward earnings, financials, mergers and AQ, and what the business plan going forward means for a company.
