Keep in mind that 80-90 percent of civil cases(depending who you ask) settle before trial ;-). IMO we will be completely settled on all fronts once the BK is discharged and over. I could be wrong but I think they are working on emerging with the gas petal to the floor so that the people who matter do not lose anymore money! At the end of the day money is the only thing that matters in this case...

In the DS, the Litigation proceeds are split between creditors (Liquidating Trust) and Equity. 50/50.. So, if Goldman Sachs (who will be sued) decided to settle the case with our attorneys, equity would recevie 50% of the proceeds of the litigation.
